Sunita Kayastha, RN
Partner & Director of Care, Caring Companion, Inc.
Sunita Kayastha has dedicated more than three decades to caring for seniors and their families. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from The Catholic University of America as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and is a registered nurse — a combination that has shaped her approach as Partner and Director of Care at Caring Companion since 1983, one that balances nursing expertise with sound, sustainable business practices across the company's network of licensed homes throughout Silver Spring, Maryland.
Sunita's nursing background informs every aspect of how Caring Companion approaches senior care — from daily wellness monitoring to coordinating with families and care providers during life's most difficult transitions. Families and referring attorneys alike know her for her compassionate, hands-on approach: she personally meets with prospective residents and their loved ones to understand their needs and ensure the right fit before they ever move in.
