Activities Coordinator

Caring Companion is looking for an energetic, reliable Activities Coordinator to lead engaging activities for residents across our assisted living homes. You'll plan and run activities that residents look forward to — things like music, chair exercise, arts and crafts, games, and special celebrations — while also capturing photos and short videos to help us show families what life is like in our homes.

• Plan and lead activities suited to residents' interests and abilities (music, exercise, crafts, games, social events, seasonal celebrations, etc.)
• Adapt activities for residents with varying mobility and cognitive levels
• Build genuine rapport with residents and encourage participation
• Take photos/short videos during activities for use on our website and in marketing materials
• Communicate with home staff to coordinate timing and any resident needs or restrictions
• Keep a simple log of activities completed at each home

• Experience working with seniors preferred (activities, caregiving, recreation therapy, or similar background) — will consider candidates with the right energy and no direct experience
• Comfortable being on camera / filming short clips on a phone
• Reliable and punctual — able to commit to a consistent 2x/week schedule per home
• Own transportation (mileage reimbursed)
• Warm, patient, and creative personality
